1. Digital Services
Please note that our services are digital in nature. Once a review campaign begins, we cannot "return" the product. However, we offer a clear refund policy in specific cases outlined below.
2. Eligible Refund Situations
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- Your reviews have not started processing within 7 business days.
- You accidentally placed a duplicate order and contacted us within 24 hours.
- You provided the wrong GMB details and requested a correction before delivery started.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
- Reviews have already been posted or are in progress.
- GMB suspension occurs due to unrelated issues or prior violations.
- The GMB link provided was incorrect and not updated in time.
- Negative results are caused by platform changes or review removal by Google.
4. How to Request a Refund

5. Chargebacks
If you have any issues with your order, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team first. Chargebacks without prior communication will result in permanent service denial.
