If any reviews drop or are removed within 30 days of delivery, we replace them at no extra cost - no questions asked. We do not offer cash refunds on completed orders; our commitment is to make sure every review we deliver stays on your profile.
This policy outlines the circumstances under which replacements are provided, as well as the limited scenarios where a cash refund may apply, ensuring full transparency for all customers.

What's Covered
- Reviews removed by Google within 30 days of delivery
- Reviews that don't appear on your profile within the stated delivery timeframe
- Reviews marked as spam or filtered by Google within 30 days
What's Not Covered
- Reviews removed due to your own actions or responses
- Reviews removed because of Google Business Profile policy violations on your account
- Reviews removed after the 30-day guarantee period has elapsed
- Reviews removed due to major Google-wide algorithm changes affecting all reviews globally
To request a replacement, contact our support team with your order number and a screenshot showing the removed reviews. We will process all replacements within 7–14 days.
Delivery Timeframes
Our reviews are delivered gradually on a natural schedule. Replacements follow the same pacing to maintain a realistic growth pattern:
- 5 Reviews - 3 to 5 days
- 10 Reviews - 5 to 12 days
- 20 Reviews - 10 to 20 days
- 50 Reviews - 2 to 5 weeks
- 100 Reviews - 5 to 7 weeks
- 10 Local Guide Reviews - 5 to 12 days
Cancellation Before Processing
Full Refund (Before Work Begins)
If you request cancellation before our team has started posting reviews - typically within 24 hours of order placement - you are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.
Partial Refund (Order in Progress)
If delivery has already started, we will issue a partial refund for the undelivered portion only:
- Less than 25% delivered: 75% refund
- 25–50% delivered: 50% refund
- 50–75% delivered: 25% refund
- More than 75% delivered: No cash refund - 30-Day Replacement Guarantee applies
No Cash Refund After Completion
Once an order is fully delivered, no cash refunds are issued. Our 30-Day Replacement Guarantee covers you instead - any removed reviews will be replaced at no charge.
How to Request a Replacement

- Provide Evidence: Include your order number and a screenshot showing the reviews are no longer visible on your profile
- Review Process: Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours
- Resolution: Approved replacements are delivered within 7–14 days following the same natural pacing schedule
Negative Review Removal Services
For our negative review removal services, the following policy applies:
- Successful Removal: No refund once the review has been successfully removed
- Unsuccessful Removal: If we are unable to remove the review within the agreed timeframe (typically 30 days), you are eligible for a full refund
- Partial Success: If only some reviews are removed, a proportional refund will be issued for any unsuccessful removals
Chargebacks
Please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. Chargebacks incur additional fees and may affect your ability to use our services in the future. We resolve all genuine issues quickly and fairly - just reach out.
