Delivery times vary depending on the package selected. Reviews are delivered gradually using a drip-feed method to ensure natural appearance and account safety. Specific timelines are provided with each package.

5. 30-Day Replacement Guarantee

We offer a comprehensive 30-day replacement guarantee for all review packages:

• If any reviews are removed within 30 days of delivery, we will replace them free of charge
• Replacement requests must be submitted within the 30-day period
• Proof of removal may be required for replacement processing
• The guarantee does not cover reviews removed due to customer actions or Google Business Profile violations

6. Refund Policy

• Refunds are available before order processing begins
• Partial refunds may be available for partially completed orders
• No refunds are provided for completed orders that meet specifications
• Our 30-day replacement guarantee applies to removed reviews
